tomar 135 miligramas de potássio iodide ao dia ( se a temperatura for elevada, a radiação poderá prolongar-se muitas semanas, caso contrário, dez dias)
para beber água, colocar uma ou duas, (1 gota ou 2 gotas) de lixívia pura (pura!!!) em 5 litros de água.
usar óculos escuros, tapar nariz e boca com lenço

have aluminum foil, and build a box you can fit inside, or try to line with aluminium foil a closet

put one or two drops (1 or 2 drops) of bleach in 5 liters of water, to drink.
use sun glasses, cover your mouth and nose.

Good morning! welcome back to war! end of another weekend, sunday, 13.03 pm! America is paying Trump's mugabe style, and specially climate politcs! Yesterday, I felt fear on american scientists magazine, very careful on their of words of oposition. America is under fear! Since the washington pots, are clearly in the hand of 5 chess horses, no more than that, several resings inside Mugabe's trone, what we can watch now, is that the shadow men behind him, took a big slap on the face, by China's commercial agreement; for China is an immediat advantage, for the US a medium delay kick back. China, however, moves like a tiger, inside the US. On real political matters, and not immigrants bullshit talk, this was a big defeat. Germany seems to be, the only superpower, not giving a shit for the US, not pretending even breakfast, the french were already payed. Germany's superiority race, despizing Mugabe's America royalty. On the other hand, Iran seems to be another different shit, since everyone, one side and another, have been kicked off. Which are really news, and comic. I wonder, is these high computing guys, can actually take over the world. And if they do...I kneel.
