Every wine, whiskey or beer has a small ammount of methanol...but if ingested methanol on the dose of 30 to 240 ml , in one drink, it causes immediatly dead. However is just possible to perform a murder, if the glass cup, was cleaned with normal glass cleaner, which also is methanol, almost pure, so if the cup has some glass cleaner, I would say, 1/4 of the volume of a normal cup, you just get yourself, an "accidental dead"
