As u might understand, they know that hving fissile material is a risk at 90% possibility...what does not scares them, is the possibilty of high risk damage. The reason, is that, only very high temperatures of implosion, can multiply millions of times the shocking reaction of neutrons (not only the concept of moving over magnetism) So, any explosive, available on the black market is not of concern. What might scare them, is the build of an interaction between the explosive itself, and a scheme of achivening a reaction of temperature, that is not predictable
