buenas! this shit is hidden at entrancy and exit of gasoline stations...the little servents check out for "unknow" plates on ANPR software, that has 3 features...plates that they hv under surveillance, plates by Interpol, and plates that are not register...meaning fake plates...on the european database....one of both...you use "real" register plates on other car model...or...you carry your own gasoline...
