Guilherme...imagine that you go to cable outside..and make an L filter connecting the fiber? like normal hacking spoofing of the NSA Xkeyscore, that they insert some hardware called "quantum" which something between a loader and a balance shit on the fiber light...in that case...you would program a protocol to encrypt the line futher that point...just checked my PHP electronics...you half cut the cable...and put close an infra red light...like loading and balancing...what u say?
