All explosives components have hydrogen, cocaine and heroine as hydrogen, and radioactive substance have hydrogen. The other aspects of the mental retards system surveillance, is density of materials. Like lead, or barium sulphate, the composition of soaps, create a high density, that no scanner can determine what's inside...and joining this aspect...soap has of course, hydrogen.
