Now, I suspect ...this is in fact (besides the name zirconium oxide) ....110 zirconium, described on the seller as alpha (....radioactive) aluminium. to produce a bullet ball, for the electric kids gun, we need to make a ball of beryllium (neutron charger) and the inside container with this very powerful electronegativity zirconium...which means this will attract electrons ...for each electron released, a pair of electrons are attracted and chock them self's ...I'm not really interessed on the gunpowder inside, because, of course, you though about it, but guess what? zirconium was used as a flash for photographs, so whatever explosive powder, it becomes even better
