But there's something I did not said....its that a MEMS explosive, a CIA dime, on top of the polymer, before its pressed with the PETN, you put 25 drops of tetryl (for each 10mg of PETN) .....of course, it can also be remote activated. The good part is...this is nano shit, meaning microscope high explosive...it can be delievered, on any mail, anytime, anywhere...you might want to use a nano drone...you might not, and take the nano remote radio control, and deliever by other means.
