IRAQ PERSPECTIVES

THE AMERICAN INDUSTRIAL SUPER POWER, WHICH IS THE PIONNER OF OUR DEVELOPMMENT CIVILIZATION, CULTURE, POLITICAL AND SOCIAL STATUS QUO, DOES NEED IN FACT, CRUDE ECONOMIC SOLUTIONS.
WE COULD ADD, TO THIS BASIC INDUSTRIAL NEED, NEW SOURCES OF ENERGY, THAT COULD BE EASY ADAPPTED TO THE BIG MACHINERY, AND PLAY ALONG IN THE COMPETETIV GLOBALZATION.
WHATEVER, THIS NEW PUSH, FROM THE GLOBAL COMERCIAL, GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS, WOULD TURN UP TO BE (TO CUT TO THE CHASE), IRAQ IS UNTURNING LOOK BACK, POLITICAL FACT.
THE AMERICAN BUDGET IS NOT PAYING THE ARMY EXPENSES, FOR THE SIMPLE FACT, THERE'S NO WARFAIR, IN IRAQ.
THERE'S NO AIRCRAFT COMBATS, OR NAVY, OR ARMY.
THE AMERICAN BUDGET IS PAYING THE HEAVY INFRASTRUCTURE WHICH IS BEEING BUILD, UNDEGROUND, TO THE PERSIAN GULF.
I'M CATHOLIC, BUT NOT STUPID.
AS RUSSIA AND CHINA WILL AGREE, IRAQ NEEDS ITS MAJOR EXPORTATION, BOTH SECURE, BOTH PROFIT.
SO, IN ECONOMICS NEW PERFORMANCES, THE GAZ OPEP OR THE LEADING CIENTIFIC FORMULAS INDUSTRIES, COULD BE EITHER, TRANSFORMED IN EQUALITÉ TERMS, FOR PRODUCERS AND CONSUMERS.
IRAQ INTERNATIONAL "PREROGORATIVE", THEREFORE, WILL BE OVER, IN THE END OF 2007, WITH THE ENERGY WORLD POLITICS TURNING OVER.

(I SAY NO MORE, AT THIS PHASE)
