3. Fazer desaparecer Despachos

4. Inutilizar equipamento informático, incluindo fotocopiadoras e impressoras (basta colocar uma agulha em qq parte do sistema mecanico, desde que nao fique acessivel)

5. colocar aparelhos de escuta nos telefones dos "dirigentes"

6. furar pneus da frota do Estado

7. usar o twitter e publicar a "paragem" do Estado nos canais de imprensa
