Após a queda do muro de Berlim, e embora extemporaneamente alguns dos conflitos na Europa, sejam de carácter étnico, quer fosse o conflito da Sérvia ou actualmente  a questão da Ukrânia, o facto é a que a solidez da estrutura na CE, quer por via da balança estritamente necessária dos défices públicos, da uniformização do sistema financeiro, da legislação transversal, um qualquer País inserido no computo de um exército comum como o da NATO, tende a garantir que ninguém foge as regras do convívio da instalada demagogia ocidental.

Existem três grandes quadrantes de influência social, o anarquismo, o fascismo, e o comunismo. Os números de envolvidos nestas extremas políticas não são o mais importante, quando se observam os números eleitorais; por um lado, antes de mais o condicionalismo de resultados manipulados pelos partidos políticos com acesso ao Poder, por outro, as lideranças desses grupos, e por outro a falta de acesso aos grandes de meios de comunicação social. Mas o facto é que a soceidade de informação, alterou todas as previsões de mudanças, neste caso radicais, sendo que as previsões já não devem ser consideradas baseado em votantes, mas sim em lobbies, e núcleos restritos de influência. Quando digo lobbies, estou a considerar que um grupo mínimo de pessoas tem a capacidade de influenciar decisões de alta política, mais ainda, se influenciar decisões de cáracter económico.  Não existe em Portugal, esse lobbie à extrema esquerda, mas sim do lado da extrema direita, como seja o MON (Movimento de Oposição Nacional), onde dão a face inúmeras personalidades ligadas ao ensino académico sobretudo, mas também ao mundo empresarial. Aqui poderão juntar-se-lhe os elementos agitadores, este ou aquele individuo que tem por função, estabelecer quer ligações ao estrangeiro, quer um certo anarquismo influenciando o psicológico social.  Na extrema esquerda, tenho a referir elementos infiltrados comunistas dentro de partidos de centro esquerda, ao nível das intrigas palacianas, o que também acontece à direita mas sem o mesmo secretismo, e ainda as variantes ligações com grupos de esquerda ligados ao sovietismo, muito em especial, os gregos, italianos, espanhóis e colombianos, que se financiam(com as suas actividades ilícitas ou legais) os partidos nacionais de extrema esquerda não tenho elementos de investigação suficientes para os referir.

Em conclusão, ao que me foi solicitado nesta exposição, concluo referindo que, ao nível dos cyber ataques a infra estruturas vitais do Estado, e nessa possibilidade, refiro que ao nível planetário, haverão cerca de uma centena de hackers com essa competência técnica capazes de o executar, o que é uma desproporção gigantesca no braço de ferro sistema- anti sistema, e esse número refere-se apenas aos hackers com motivação política. E, por fim que, na minha opinião, e retirando esta conclusão, de um episódio que ocorreu na Bélgica, de um assalto a uma transmissão de televisão, à hora das notícias da noite, será este ocorrência terrorista, a que coloca em risco com muita perigosidade a estabilidade política de um estado com este regime actual, ou com qualquer outro de outra espécie, o que aconteceu na Bélgica, proveio de um movimento separatista da província flamenga, acabou por proporcionar ao grupo que cometeu o acto terrorista uma brutal subida nas eleições regionais seguintes, e proporcionou não só a movimentação de avultadas quantias financeiras para financiamento partidário, mas também uma excelente publicidade política. No que respeita à cultura política portuguesa, um acto semelhante teria precisamente efeitos muito mais sensíveis junto das autoridades, descredibilizaria a política, teria um impacto destabilizante ao ponto de eventualmente provocar eleições antecipadas, e desmitificaria os traumas históricos, muitos deles desactualizados da realidade dos pensadores, dos intelectuais, dos académicos, e da grande maioria da juventude portuguesa.

Brain-Wave Machine (And God said, Let there be light...) Humans have been using light and sound to achieve altered states of consciousness for thousands of years. Primitive cultures used flickering fires and rythmic drumming to induce these altered states. Today, you can choose from a wide variety of electronic brain-wave machines which use light and/or sound to alter brain-wave activity. Brain-wave activity ranges from fully awake to deep dreamless sleep. This activity is categorized into five primary groups: Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, and Gamma. Delta 0.1 - 3 Hz deep sleep, lucid dreaming, increased immune functions, hypnosis Theta 3 - 8 Hz deep relaxation, meditation, increased memory, focus, creativity, lucid dreaming, hypnagogic state Alpha 8 - 12 Hz light relaxation, "super learning", positive thinking Low Beta 12 - 15 Hz relaxed focus, improved attentive abilities Midrange Beta 15 - 18 Hz increase mental ability, focus, alertness, IQ High Beta above 18 Hz fully awake, normal state of alertness, stress and anxiety Gamma 40 Hz associated with information-rich task processing and high-level information processing By using light and sound to induce these brain states we are able to gain greater control and efficiency of brain usage. Furthermore, improvements in relaxation, memory, creativity, stress management, sleep disorders, and even ESP(!) can be had by utilizing a brain-wave machine. Commercial brain-wave machines cost hundreds of dollars, but you can build your own using only a few dollars worth of components. In this document I will walk you through hardware construction and software control of an easy to build brain-wave machine. Disclaimer: I am not an electronics expert or a biofeedback specialist. If you fry your hardware (or your wetware) don't come whining (or drooling) to me. I assume no responsibility for what you do with this information. Building the Hardware (Always yield to the hands-on imperative.) With simplicity being the goal, brain-wave goggles can be constructed from suitable eyewear, such as safety glasses, and an array of LED's (Light Emitting Diodes). I'm using the PC's parallel port to control the flashrate of the LED's. Audio stimulation can be provided by a stereo and headphones or the PC's soundcard. I'm using 8 LED's, one per parallel port data out line. This provides an easy way to control each individual LED allowing for some variations in pattern and intensity. Each lense on the goggles will hold four LED's in a diamond pattern. The LED's are powered by the parallel port and controlled via software. Basic electronics experience is recommended but not necessary to construct this brain-wave machine. Parts List 8 LED's (choose green, yellow, or red LED's) DB25 pin male parallel port connector (or butcher a printer cable, 25 conductor) Goggles (safety glasses or similar eyewear) Wire Note: Radio Shack charges about $20 for 8 LED's. I got 20 LED's from a real electronics store for $3. Circuit Diagram Construction Drill four holes in each lense in a diamond pattern as shown in the diagram to the right. Make the holes just large enough for the LED's to fit through. Glue the LED's into the holes. Be sure there is room between the LED's and your face when you are wearing the goggles. Actually, the LED's fit tightly in 3/16" holes and I didn't need to use glue. Wire all of the LED's cathode leads together and connect (with a long wire) to a ground pin on the parallel port connector. Pins 18-25 are all ground so pick any one of those. Note: the flat side of the LED is the cathode lead. Connect the LED's anode leads to the parallel port connector. Follow the circuit diagram above which outlines which parallel port pin to connect each LED to. Use long wires, you are going to want to be lying down when you use the goggles. (If you are using a printer cable you can use a battery and a LED to figure out which pin each wire is attached to.) If your parallel port wires aren't already in a bundle tie them together with wire-ties so they don't get tangled. You will also want to provide strain-relief by attaching the wire bundle to the goggles so it doesn't get pulled off. Hmmm, they look kind of silly. But that's not the point, we're here to explore the phenomenon of biofeedback, not for a fashion show. Development of the control software is being carried out primarily in QBasic and C. I've provided a quick introduction to parallel port programming in BASIC so anyone can experiment with writing their own code. BASIC is also handy for quickly writing little routines to help test the hardware you're building. A few complete BASIC applications are provided to get you started and we've got some reader-submitted C code and a microcontroller implementation too. And finally, I've provided some links to software you can use to create your own brainwave audio sessions in order to greatly enhance your Brain-Wave Machine experience. BASIC The PC parallel port has eight data lines out. These data lines can be turned on and off by sending a byte to the port where each bit in the byte represents the on or off state of one of the data lines out. In BASIC you do this with the OUT function. The OUT function accepts two parameters, port address and a byte in decimal format. The most common addresses for LPT ports in hex are 378h, 278h, and 3BCh. LPT1 is almost always 378h, or 888 in decimal. The address parameter can be in hex (i.e. OUT &H378, #) or decimal format (i.e. OUT 888, #). Now let's take a look at bit patterns... Bit (or data line out): 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Decimal value: 1 2 4 8 16 32 64 128 Example bit pattern: 0 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 Look at the example bit pattern included in the table above. The byte 0101010101 will turn on all of the even numbered data lines. To convert this binary byte to a decimal value we just add up the "on" bits. (2 + 8 + 32 + 128 = 170) So the function call would be OUT 888, 170. So, OUT 888, 0 will turn off all eight data lines (0 = 00000000 in binary) and OUT 888, 255 will turn on all eight data lines (255 = 11111111 in binary). For example, the following code will flash all of the LED's fifty times with a short delay in between. FOR i=1 to 50 OUT 888, 255 FOR x=1 to 500 NEXT x OUT 888,0 FOR x=1 to 500 NEXT x NEXT i Obviously we need something better for timing than a FOR/NEXT loop. Unfortunately QBasic doesn't offer any timing functions with millisecond accuracy. Note: hz and cycles/second both refer to the flashrate of the LED's, so 15 hz = 15 flashes/second. I've written a small sample application which demonstrates one method of dealing with the timing issue in QBasic (using the SOUND function of all things). Creating a permanent human settlement on Mars by 2025 will require serious training. To prepare its future astronauts for the task, the Netherlands-based private spaceflight project Mars One announced today its plans to construct Earth-based outposts that replicate the cramped, isolated, crazy-making conditions of a Red Planet colony.
In an email statement this morning, Mars One also named Kristian von Bengston—co-founder of Copenhagen Suborbitals, a private effort to build and launch a crewed suborbital rocket—as leader of the new effort to establish multiple training outposts at yet-to-be-determined locations. For now Von Bengston is seeking out construction companies and courting financial sponsors. The first simulated colonies won't contain actual life-support systems, at least to begin with, but they will be retrofitted with the technology later on, according to the statement.
More than 200,000 people applied for the one-way mission. Late last year, Mars One narrowed the selection pool to 1,058. Their ultimate goal: select 24 to 40 candidates who will travel to Mars in groups of four (two men and two women, ideally from four different continents, says CEO Bas Lansdorp). Mars One wants to send the first group in 2025, with the subsequent crews launching one at a time, every two years thereafter. The organization intends to televise the final rounds of the search. 
Spaceflight contractors Lockheed Martin and Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd. are already working with Mars One to develop a robotic lander and a data-link satellite for an unmanned, exploratory mission to Mars in 2018. Should this initial mission get off the ground, it would test several technologies required to support human life on another world.

There are many products that I will bring to your attention today in an effort to look inside the tool box of high-tech thieves and what gadgets they use to victimize the unsuspecting public. I was planning on only writing on one or two of the ‘most used' items but there were so many to choose from that I decided to incorporate quite a few to broaden the spectrum of technologies being used today.
Manufacturers aren't fessing up to who made these dandy delights and buying these items can be hard to do if you don't know where to look. But nevertheless, I figured it was worth the heads up. Thieves that target a home have to watch out for this natural anti-theft device, so they use a small video camera that can slide under a door or into a small hole in the wall to help them find any vicious critters that would like to greet them with all of their sharp pointy teeth. Okay, now on to another gadget that high-tech thieves use. Scanners that find specific radio frequencies are often used to gain access into a home via the garage door or car. As technology advances the alarms will need to be updated. If you are still using an old electronic garage door or an old car alarm system chances are the frequency can be duplicated. Hacker Central has devices like the RF (Radio Frequency) Detectors and Code Grabbers as well as providing lists of cars and garage doors/gates they open. Amazon has a well rated one here. The functions are pretty simple. The device itself locks on to the radio frequencies when the victim opens their garage door to leave or come home. Endless reports across the globe are reporting on credit card cloning and skimming. Devices are designed to be placed in plain site, usually on ATM's or even gas pumps for those of us looking for a fast transaction in our hectic lives. The Age and Sun Herald in Australia are reporting small covert cameras that not only record the pin numbers being entered but also the numbers on the credit card as well and all data on the magnetic strip. This is the very recipe for cloning an unlimited credit account at someone else's expense.

Car thieves are going high-tech too, well at least those with expensive tastes are. David Beckham just had his vehicle stolen according to MSNBC by way of a laptop... that's right, a laptop. The computer, along with an antenna and of course special software was able to extract a code that was transmitted by a Radio Frequency (RFID) chip located in the key.

While we are on the topic of cars I found another object of desire for thieves today... yep, you guessed it, gasoline. Because of the high price of petrol at the pumps, high-tech thieves are targeting new ways to get the juice for free. ABC news reports enlighten the public to the fact that magnetic keyboards are the culprit. The keyboard was basically used to ‘turn on' the pumps from a closed Citgo gas station in Rhode Island. They were able to get 134 gallons in that one trip that they loaded into empty metal drums.

Although "pharming" or "phishing" scams are still all the rage with dishonest thieves via the internet, specialists at truecredit.com (a branch of TransUnion) say that there is one more thing to watch out for... "Keystroke catchers". Small devices are affixed to the cable which goes from the keyboard to the computer itself and are as cheap as $100. The connector is what they call a "catcher" and it records whatever you type into your computer. They are usually slipped into public computer areas like libraries and internet cafés. The moral of this story kiddies, is to never pay bills or shop online in a public terminal where just anybody has access to the data you transmit. You can pick one of these up on Amazon here.
