the defense missile system has been shutdown. ..bcz I think the security certificates are modify, or read..."their" SCADA .. is on levels of faraday cages...which protects them, but also, on differnt geo locations outside their territory..this idea here: Using PoolMon to Find a Kernel-Mode Memory Leak (hack folder)
