Hello world! welcome back to war! let me keep it simple , what you see on the picture, is a (miniature) of a nuclear reactor. the center is heavy water (deuterium) heating, by the circulating plates, the uranium ore. which means the heat, will reach a point, it starts being electricity, and this electron reaction, will divide uranium ore, into nano particles (particles bombardment) into enriched uranium.
