North Korea transports nuk tech with "chinese flag" comercial ships, to Tripoli, and Iran has a long range missiles factory in the north of Lebannon, in a similar name south town called Shabilla or Shakilla, that is closed to a train spot, to go forward and back to Iran homeland.
The factory only works at night. With chinese,syrian, Hezbollah and Iranians personnel.
The factory is closed to military trainning field were Hezbollah pratices, and they will strike from there if they have that long range missiles ready.
The long range missiles are similar to the north korean one's that fall in russian terretory when they tried to strike Alaska two years ago.
