Ok gd morning! What I hv is what competent "systems" have. The gps protocol must only work online. What I hv also, is an app capable of giving coordinates off line. This radio protocol on the objective sense, can't shut down this small frequency, if its depending on other mobile back ups. This means, a mobile phone, or a string tray is the man in the midlea, for non detection. So, you wanting to know surely what app, right?
