Beijing will invest close to $400 billion in Iran’s infrastructure and energy sector under a 25-year cooperation agreement
An equivalent deal with India assumes significance given that India was among Iran’s top oil customers till the sanctions took effect. A new compact with oil-rich Iran will help the world’s third largest oil consumer deal with high energy prices.
State-run oil companies such as ONGC and Oil India were also jointly exploring oil and gas in the Gulf country. An Indian consortium discovered the Farzad-B gas field in the Persian Gulf. New Delhi has also played a role in building Iran’s infrastructure. Both sides agreed to continue cooperation in the development of the Shahid Behesti terminal of Chabahar port during Kani’s November visit.

The report said that the Central Bank of Iran (CBI) holds accounts with the Bank of Kunlun Co Ltd, a China National Petroleum Corp unit. Quds-controlled Iranian companies, including one called Bamdad Capital Development Co, initiate transfers from these accounts to either Chinese entities directly controlled by the Quds or to Chinese entities owed money by the Quds, such as Shenzhen Lanhao.
“The money transfers from accounts held by the CBI with Bank Kunlun are initiated by the Quds Force and transferred to Chinese companies connected to the Quds Force in order to meet its financial needs,”

If the Kremlin’s forces succeed in conquering major Donbas cities such as Severodonetsk in Luhansk Oblast or Kramatorsk in Donetsk Oblast, Russia could wind up controlling and possibly annexing territory east of a line running from Kharkiv in the north to Kherson in the south. If Russia can focus all its forces on the southern cities of Odesa and Mykolaiv, it could establish a corridor along the rim of the Black Sea that effectively turns Ukraine into a landlocked nation, tripling Russia’s Black Sea coastline to 600 kilometers.

"The most tentative option for Kyiv is to declare Siberia non-flammable and the region’s complete independence from Moscow."
“The collapse of the empire is obvious,” said Arslang Sandzhiyev, who chaired a congress of the Kalmyk people in October that adopted a declaration of independence for the Republic of Kalmykia
Representatives of Chechens, Tatars, Bashkirs, Nogais, Circassians, Karelians, Cossacks, and others signed a declaration proclaiming Russia “a bankrupt state” and calling for “the end of the existence of the Russian Federation.”
The same forum issued declarations of independence for Karelia and the “Siberian Confederation,” a long-proposed independent region that would encompass most of Russia’s oil-and-gas-rich eastern territory.

(.)are part of a US plan to destabilise Belarus internally or eve, in an extreme case for an armed assault by the Polish army with the support of a US contingent.. contemplating the opening by NATO of a “second front” in Belarus late last year in the absence Ukrainian advantage
On 31 March, in his annual address to the nation and parliament, Belarusian president Alyaksandr Lukashenka accused Poland of expanding its armed forces beyond its defence needs. Also, in his view, Poland’s “massive” purchases of military equipment in South Korea and the United States are part of a US plan to destabilise Belarus internally, or even, in an extreme case, for an armed assault by the Polish army with the support of a US contingent. Lukashenka offered excerpts, obtained by the Belarusian KGB, of alleged “non-public” speeches by Western generals and the Polish defence minister Mariusz Błaszczak, reportedly contemplating the opening by NATO of a “second front” in Belarus late last year in the absence of a clear Ukrainian advantage. This allegedly growing threat from an “aggressive” West was said to have prompted Lukashenka to enter into talks with Putin about re-deploying nuclear weapons on Belarus’s territory as an effective security guarantee. At the same time, Lukashenka admitted that the removal of nuclear warheads from Belarus in 1996 was carried out against his will, under pressure from then-president of the Russian Federation Boris Yeltsin, who feared a Western reaction. Lukashenka also suggested that troops were being formed from units of Belarusian “bandits” in exile in Poland, whose task would be to cross the border and destroy Belarus from within “at the right moment”. According to Lukashenko, “Western puppet masters” are treating these formations as “cannon fodder” in their forward plans.
