GPS (L1) Jammer

Project Overview
A low cost device to temporarily disable the reception of the civilian coarse acquisition (C/A) code used for the standard positioning service (SPS) on the Global Positioning System (GPS/NAVSTAR) L1 frequency of 1575.42 MHz.
This is accomplished by transmitting a narrowband Gaussian noise signal, with a deviation of +/- 1.023 MHz, on the L1 GPS frequency itself. This technique is a little more complicated than a simple continuous wave (CW) jammer, but tends to be more effective (i.e. harder to filter) against spread spectrum based radio receivers.
This device will have no effect on the precise positioning service (PPS) which is transmitted on the GPS L2 frequency of 1227.6 MHz and little effect on the P-code which is also carried on the L1 frequency. There may be a problem if your particular GPS receiver needs to acquire the P(Y)-code through the C/A-code before proper operation.
This device will also not work against the new upcoming GPS L5 frequency of 1176.45 MHz or the Russian GLONASS or European Galileo systems. It can be adapted to jam the new civilian C/A-code signal which is going to also be transmitted on the GPS L2 frequency.
That said, it will work against the majority of consumer/OEM GPS receivers, provided they are not setup in any advanced anti-jam configuration.
Why?
The onslaught of cheap GPS based navigation (or hidden tracking devices) over the past few years has made it necessary for the typical citizen to take up the fine art of electronic warfare.
Several companies[Note 1] now sell "hidden" GPS based tracking devices which mount inside or underneath your vehicle. Some transmit the coordinates, via cellular phone, of your vehicle's present and/or past locations for weeks at a time without battery changes or court orders!
Vehicle rental companies have been known to use GPS tracking devices to verify you don't speed or abuse their rental vehicles. The unsuspecting renter is often faced with these hidden abuse "fees" after returning the rental vehicle.
Law enforcement agencies are dumb enough to keep track of house arrest prisoners with simple GPS based tracking bracelets[Note 2]. Some even use GPS for automatic vehicle location (AVL) on their squad cars to allow the dispatchers to send in the closest unit to a particular call or to know an officer's location in case of an emergency situation where they can't use their radio.
Cellular phone companies, trucking companies, private investigators, toll-roads, aircraft, those "protect your child" systems and many more services are all fully involved with the use of GPS based tracking. The problem is, do you really want everyone to know where you are?
Technical Description
This will be a brief description of each of the major sections which compromise the entire jammer device. Refer to the included schematic diagram as you read along. You should also refer to the component's datasheets for even more detailed information.
Phase Locked Loop
The jammer's main oscillator components consist of a Motorola MC145151 phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizer chip, a Micronetics M3500-1324S voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) module and a Fujitsu MB506 divide-by-256 prescaler chip.
The VCO feeds a portion of its radio frequency (RF) output signal into the prescaler chip, where it is divided by 256. A 1575 MHz signal would be turned into a 6.15234375 MHz signal. This is then fed into one side of the PLL chip.
The other side of the PLL is fed with a reference frequency which is derived from a 10 MHz quartz crystal. This crystal reference frequency is divided down 512 times by the PLL to reach 19531.25 Hz. The 6.15234375 MHz prescaler output frequency is also further divided down 315 times by the PLL chip for a final frequency of 19531.25 Hz. This will be the new PLL internal reference frequency. That big bad 1575 MHz microwave signal now looks like a simple audio frequency to the PLL chip and the supporting components.
The PLL chip internally compares the phase of the 19531.25 Hz VCO side signal to the phase of the 19531.25 Hz crystal side signal. The PLL chip outputs high or low voltage pulses depending on whether the crystal signal is leading or lagging in phase with the VCO signal. These pulses are then filtered and dampened into a pure DC control signal via a simple passive loop filter. This cleaned up signal is then connected to the VCO's voltage tune control input.
When everything is working properly, the VCO's output frequency is locked to whatever frequency you programmed into the PLL chip, 1575 MHz in this case. It will stay on that frequency even through dramatic temperature changes, a problem that a non-PLL VCO would have. If the PLL is not working properly, the red "PLL Unlock" LED will be lit.
Due to a quirk with using low cost, easy to obtain components, you'll need to tweak two loading capacitors on the reference crystal. This is unusual, but necessary to move the signal from the default 1575 MHz to the more appropriate 1575.42 MHz (+/- a few hundred Hertz). This is a very important and delicate procedure, and you'll need a frequency counter to accomplish it.
Noise Generator
The actual noise generator of the jammer is very simple. A 6.8 Volt Zener diode is first biased, buffered and amplified by a single 2N3904 transistor. This single Zener diode is capable of generating broadband noise signals from audio frequencies up to over 100 MHz. We then filter this noise signal down to something more practical and something which the VCO module can actually respond too. This is done via the LM386 audio amplifier chip. The LM386 both amplifies and low pass filters the final noise signal. The final LM386 output signal will have enough overhead if you need to adapt it for a wideband noise jammer.
This low frequency noise signal is fed, via a 100 Ohm potentiometer, to a simple resistor/capacitor network where it's mixed with the VCO voltage tune control signal (described above). The single 1N4148 diode is to prevent any negative voltage pulses from reaching the VCO.
This mixing results in a new "noisy" voltage tune control signal feeding the VCO. The resulting RF signal looks like random noise dancing around the center 1575.42 MHz RF carrier. You'll need to set the deviation of this noise to approximately +/- 1.023 MHz from the 1575.42 MHz RF carrier. Access to a spectrum analyzer is required to do this properly, or you can use an oscilloscope and the included test point voltages to get an approximate setup.
RF Amplifiers
The VCO's +7 dBm (5 milliwatts) RF output is first slightly attenuated (4 dB) and tapped for the MB506 prescaler input. It then passes through to the RF amplifier stages and band pass filter.
The first RF amplifier is a Sirenza Microdevices SGA-6289. It provides about 13 dB of gain to overcome the losses from the resistive attenuation pad. It also shows a good 50 Ohm termination for the VCO RF output and even helps to drive the final RF amplifier.
The GPS band pass filter is a 2-pole Toko 4DFA-1575B-12 ceramic dielectric filter from Digi-Key, part number TKS2609CT-ND. This part is optional, but helps clean up the RF spectrum before further amplification. The filter's insertion loss is around 2 dB.
The final RF amplifier is a WJ Communications AH102. It provides another 13 dB of gain, with a higher P1dB compression point of around +27 dBm (500 mW). The AH102 draws the most current of any part, and is not really necessary if you're aiming for a low range, low current, battery operated device.
Voltage Regulation
Voltage input regulation and filtering is done using standard voltage regulator ICs. A LM2940CT-12 12 Volt, 1 Amp low dropout voltage regulator is used to regulate the main 12 Volt power line. Standard 78xx series regulators are used from there on to provide both the 9 and 5 Volt lines. A simple diode/fuse polarity protection scheme is also provided on the battery input. The use of an automatic reset fuse is highly recommended.
You can power the jammer off a common 12 Volt rechargeable battery. The 12 Volt, 4.5 Amp-hour, lead-acid battery from Radio Shack, part number 23-289, is a good choice. Old car batteries, strings of 6 Volt lantern batteries or even solar panels will also work. Current draw for the completed jammer will be around 300 milliamps.
Antenna
A radiating antenna is not shown in the schematic diagram and one will need to be purchased or constructed for proper operation. There are numerous commercial GPS receiving antennas which will work fine for this low power transmitting application. Some of the best pre-made or easily assembled microwave antennas can be purchased directly from Ramsey Electronics.
The Ramsey DA25 broadband discone antenna is recommended for omni- directional (transmit in a circle) radiating applications. The LPY2 log periodic Yagi antenna can be used for directional (transmit in a straight line) radiating applications. Using a directional antenna will give you a slight increase in overall transmitted RF power, which increases the jammer's range, and can also be used to shield your own GPS receiver from being jammed (i.e. point it at the enemy).
Dielectric GPS patch antenna elements may also be purchased from Digi- Key. Toko DAK series elements, Digi-Key part number TK5150-ND, are perfect for surface mounting directly to the circuit board. They will require a plastic radome to slightly lower their resonant frequency. The small antenna element size is also perfect for hidden or portable operations.
Construction Notes
Unfortunately, proper jammer construction will require fairly advanced engineering skills. Prior knowledge of high frequency microwave circuits and printed circuit board (PCB) design is required. A good start for the beginner is by reading the "UHF/Microwave Handbook" and "The ARRL Handbook" both published by the Amateur Radio Relay League (ARRL). Access to fundamental RF test equipment (oscilloscope, frequency counter, spectrum analyzer, loads, attenuators, etc.) is also required.
Component Purchasing
The main VCO module and RF amplifiers can be purchased from Richardson Electronics. Part number M3500C-1324S for the VCO module and part numbers SGA-6289 and AH102 for the RF amplifiers. Equivalent VCO and RF amplifiers can be purchased from companies such as Mini-Circuits or Synergy Microwave. Slight component changes may be required if using alternate components to take into account different operating voltages and input/output RF power requirements. The PLL loop filter may also need tweaking if you use a different VCO module.
The MC145151 PLL synthesizer chip can be purchased from Digi-Key. There are several pin packages available (leaded or surface mount), choose the one suitable for your application. The small 28-SOIC surface mount package is part number MC145151DW2-ND. You may also be able to salvage MC145151 chips from older CB radios or older C-band satellite receivers (the kind that where tuned via DIP switches).
Digi-Key also handles an equivalent prescaler IC, the NEC UPG1507GV, part number UPB1507GV-ND. This is an exact replacement for the Fujitsu MB506, but the main drawback to the UPG1507GV is that it is in a 8-SSOP package (i.e. very small) and is fairly difficult to work with using standard soldering tools.
The 10 MHz crystal is also available from Digi-Key, part number 300-6121-1-ND. Other miscellaneous components may also be purchased from Digi-Key (capacitors, resistors, voltage regulators, inductors, diodes, transistors, LM386, project box, RF connectors, etc.) as their prices are the most competitive and their service is outstanding.
Layout
No PCB pattern is available, you'll have to layout the project by hand using felt-tip markers, drafting tape, dry-etch or iron-on transfers. You should make your own PCB pattern to fit your application specifically.
The PCB layout isn't that difficult or challenging, but will require prior experience and patience. Using all surface mount components and good board layout practices will reduce the jammer's physical size and cost tremendously.
The use of high frequency, double sided copper clad laminate is essential for properly working microwave circuits. GIL Technologies GML1000 (2-side, 1 oz., 0.030") is a good choice but standard FR-4 laminate will work in a pinch. You can purchase 6" x 6" FR-4 (2-side, 1 oz., 0.030") laminate from Digi-Key, part number PC45-S-ND.
A 50 Ohm micro stripline on 0.030" GML1000 PCB laminate will be about 70 mils (1.8 mm) wide and on FR-4 it will be about 55 mils (1.5 mm) wide. Be sure to keep any micro stripline carrying RF signals short, straight and perpendicular to any DC bias line or any other micro stripline it has to cross.
The 2 mm wide line in the dry-etch transfer package from Radio Shack, part number 276-1490, will work O.K. on both materials for creating homebrew micro striplines which are close enough to 50 Ohms.
The two RF amplifiers, band pass filter, VCO and prescaler PCB patterns will all require numerous ground vias connecting the top and bottom ground planes. These help prevent ground loops and instability (oscillations) from disrupting proper circuit operation. In the case of the AH102, they even provide some heat sinking to allow cooler operation of the final RF amplifier.
Any resistors, capacitors or inductors used in the RF sections should be in a 0603, 0805 or 1206 size surface mount package. Leaded components will not work at this high of a frequency. Be sure your choice of surface mount inductors can handle the current when used as part of the DC bias on the RF amplifiers. The ferrite bead shown in the schematic can be any salvaged ferrite bead. The inductor assortment package at Radio Shack, part number 273-1601 should have a couple of them in it.
Operation
Once the jammer is operational, you can practice testing it by monitoring the signal on a common consumer GPS receiver or high quality communications receiver. A GPS receiver close to the jammer will not be able to acquire C/A-code lock and any operating GPS in the jammer's radiation pattern will lose C/A-code lock. Higher quality GPS receivers tend to be less susceptible to low power jamming, so you'll need to be in the antenna's near-field radiation pattern (i.e. close) for it to work.
Any obstructions near the jammer's own antenna (trees, houses, hills, walls, etc.) will decrease the jamming range. The best placement is where the jammer's antenna is line-of-sight to the antenna of the GPS receiver you're trying to jam. Real world results will vary drastically, but you should be able to obtain a jam radius of a few hundred feet even in heavily obstructed areas with the higher power (AH102) option and a simple antenna.
You can even practice counter-jamming methods to protect yourself against hostile or accidental GPS jamming. Try to shield your GPS receiver from the interference source by placing your body, trees, hills, rocks or other obstructions in-between your position and the interference. More advanced methods involve using directional or steerable phased-array antennas on your GPS receiver (pointed skyward) to nullify any ground based interference.

Well they finally know what Victor Yushcenko was poisoned with. One of the many forms of Dioxin.

Dioxin is the name generally given to a class of super-toxic chemicals, the chlorinated dioxins and furans, formed as a by-product of the manufacture, molding, or burning of organic chemicals and plastics that contain chlorine. It is the nastiest, most toxic man-made organic chemical; its toxicity is second only to radioactive waste.

Dioxin exhibits serious health effects when it reaches as little as a few parts per trillion in your body fat. Dioxin is a powerful hormone disrupting chemical. By binding to a cell's hormone receptor, it literally modifies the functioning and genetic mechanism of the cell, causing a wide range of effects, from cancer to reduced immunity to nervous system disorders to miscarriages and birth deformity.

Because it literally changes the functioning of your cells, the effects can be very obvious or very subtle. Because it changes gene functions, it can cause so-called genetic diseases to appear, and can interfere with child development. There is no "threshold" dose - the tiniest amount can cause damage, and our bodies have no defense against it. In high doses, dioxin can cause liver failure, cancer and death, but in smaller doses it causes organ damage and cancer which can kill, but it usually takes awhile. Dioxin also causes a severe skin disease, chloracne, which is the most visible of Yushcenko’s symptoms. Medical authorities are unsure if Victor Yushcenko will ever recover fully.

Here is the real question what type of Dioxin did they use and why use Dioxin. I mean these assassins are not the smartest, the only reason I can see why they choose to use Dioxin is because it takes quite a while to pin-point this toxin"

NAPLES – Cell phone guns are being used by the Mafia, and criminals, all around the world.
European law enforcement officials were stunned by the discovery of these deadly guns in recent months.  Authorities say cell phone guns are changing the rules of engagement in Europe.  It’s a dangerous new weapon for criminals and terrorists.
There have been 72 people killed throughout Europe in the last three months – victims of the cell phone gun.  12 of those murdered have been TSA employees.  Two have been members of the British Military.
The Mafia have been using cell phone guns for the last decade, but now they are readily available to anyone – and can be easily found in major cities across the world.
Underneath the digital phone face is a .22 caliber handgun capable of firing four rounds in rapid succession using the standard telephone keypad.
Only when you have one in your hand do you realize that they are heavier than a regular cell phone.   You can’t notice the gun with the naked eye.  One minute the man across from you is talking to his mother about dinner, the next thing you know his pointing his cell phone at you and shooting you.
This is why security screeners around the world are asking passengers to look at their cell phones or turn them on. They want to make sure that your cell phone is just a cell phone and that  you don’t have any bullets loaded in your cellphone.  They want to make sure you are not packing heat in your cell.
Some feel that there is a downside to the cell phone gun.  “Yeah, if I’m on a train or a bus, and somebody’s talking loud on their cell phone, I can pull out my cell phone gun and make them shut up,”  said Tony Garzo of Yonkers, New York.  ‘I think it would come in handy.”

It’s not to be confused with the Gun Cell Phone.  This is a gun that has a phone built into the handle.  You might need to make a phone call when your blowing someone away.
And authorities throughout Europe have recently confiscated a number of machine-gun cell phones.
There are reports that there is an iPhone  Gun being developed.  Not to be outdone, there will be a bunch of Android cell phone guns – both 3G and 4G.   And of course, there will be a Google Gun.

Back in the 70s it was rumored that the KGB possessed a three-barred disposable all-plastic pistol, called the Troika, that could pass though airport scanners undetected. So when the polymer-framed Glock pistol first came to market in the early 80s, it really excited the imagination of politicians, reporters and novelists who believed that plastic guns capable of being smuggled aboard airplanes were just around the corner. In 1984, a couple of years after the Glock landed, David Byron, a 32 year old gunsmith and manufacturer of plastic pistol grips, filed for a patent on an all plastic pistol design. His patent, which was issued in 1987, does describe a plastic .22 gun but offers no hints as to what plastics and ceramics could be used to build it. Congress got wind of this patent and hysteria ensued. Members of the House tried introducing legislation to ban the importation and manufacture of these hypothetical plastic guns. David E. Byron’s “Polymer gun” patent #4703826 Byron teamed up with a wealthy former cemetery salesman and formed Red Eye Arms Inc., a company dedicated to bringing the .22 pistol and plastic military weapons to market. Byron said to an Orlando Sentinel reporter: “Can you imagine the difference between a three-man crew firing a weapon from a tripod and one soldier running around the battlefield firing the same weapon from the shoulder? It would give our side so much firepower superiority that it wouldn’t be any contest. And with the reduction in midrange nuclear weapons, superiority in conventional weapons is what our country needs right now.” Between 1986 and 1988 numerous magazine and newspapers article were written about Bryon’s plans. After 1988 he seemed to drop off the map without having demonstrated a functioning plastic pistol. In 2000 he formed a company called Magnum Technology Inc. and in 2001 secured almost $800,000 of research funding from Department of Defense to construct a light-weight non-metal ceramic gun barrel. He claimed that the they had successfully fired small caliber rounds in ceramic barrels … … ceramic barrels that are reinforced to enable their satisfactory use as gun barrels. The basis of our technology is the reinforcement of materials that are extremely hard and brittle so that they may be used for purposes not previously feasible, such as gun barrels. Referred to as Composite Reinforced Ceramic Technology (CRCT), this technology has been privately researched and funded. A proof of principle has been successfully demonstrated with thousands of satisfactory firings in small caliber. The barrels were apparently made from a machined zirconia (a type of ceramic) over-wrapped with resin-coated carbon fibers. Computer rendering of Byron’s machined zirconia gun barrel Magnum Technology was shut down in 2007. I was unable to find any evidence that a functional lightweight ceramic barrel was actually delivered to the military. According to Byron’s LinkedIn profile, last year he started up a new defense-related company called AlEX Ventures. I suspect that this is his latest attempt at the mythical ceramic barrel and all-plastic pistol. Is Byron a dreamer or just a very clever salesman? I don’t know. Ontem à noite, lá para as 4 e meia da manhã, eu acordei para ir à casa de banho, mas depois ao adormecer, sucedeu algo; De repente, dizem-me assim da frequência, olha Elsa, o teu Pai está atrás de ti, eu permaneci em silêncio, de facto, segundos depois eu sinto uma ligeira impressão no ombro, e dizem-me, chama lá o teu Pai, e eu digo, Pai!, e dizem-me, o teu Pai rasgou um enorme sorriso, e vagueou dançando no escuro, voltou para o pé de mim, e ajoelha-se e dizem-me que está dizer, Elsa minha filha, pela minha alma, não arranjes problemas para a tua vida!, e enquanto tudo ficou em silêncio, eu impulsivamente, falo, Pai, os americanos estão-me a dizer que tu estás ajoelhado e pedir-me que não arranjes problemas!, e o meu Pai repete o que eu digo em tom de interrogação, e eu continuo, isto é uma longa história, nem tu tiveste nem tens capacidade para perceber até onde chega a tecnologia americana, e o meu Pai diz, então, eu vou-me embora e já volto, e depois tu dizes-me se eles me vêem, e eu digo está bem, o meu Pai vagueou até à sala, e um minuto depois voltou com ar de muita excitação, e fica em silêncio, e eu digo, Pai, voltas te!, e ele pergunta, mas então é possível entrar em contacto??, mais um pensamento que uma pergunta, e diz ele, eu sou u anjo, e eu pergunto, tu és uma anjo importante?, e o meu Pai sorri, importante nunca fui, e eu pergunto, tu alguma vez encontras te Jesus?, e de repente dizem-me os americanos, olha apareceu Jesus, e o meu Pai diz, sim estou com Jesus às vezes, e eu pergunto, e quem é Deus para além de Jesus ?, e diz o meu Pai, não sei, olha filha diz-me o que eles vêem agora?, e os americanos dizem-me, está um monstro atrás de ti, que tem uma unha no teu pescoço, e eu respondo ao meu Pai, está um monstro!, Jesus estava ao lado do meu Pai, e diz-me , é Hitler, o monstro toma a forma de Adolf Hitler, e com aquele tique que tina d puxar a franja para trás com ar nervótico, diz, vêem ela é minha seguidora, porque sou um monstro para vocês??? se não fosse o meu governo e os meus avanços, não estaríamos a contactar!!!, de repente aparecem mais espíritos todos vestidos com um manto branco, eles próprios de tom branco, e dizem-lhe: monstro! monstro, és um monstro! porque nos matas-te?, Hitler, diz-me, Oh, estou farto de ignorantes!, o meu Pai que esteve calado, pergunta-me, achas que os americanos nos podem devolver a vida??, e eu digo-lhe, não sei, Papá, talvez venha a saber...o que fazes onde estás??, e o meu Pai com ar triste responde, vagueio pelo universo, é muito aborrecido...e porque não vens para cá sempre, para teres companhia?, e o meu Pai responde, porque eu sou luz, e a luz faz-nos mal, quando morri fui sugado por uma energia de luz e fui vendo-me a mim próprio cada vez mais longe, até bilhões de kilómetros de distância, e eu pergunto, então e porque não se juntam para conversar?, o meu Pai responde, para quê? esta realidade não implica nada mais que vaguear, e e eu despeço-me cansada que mal abria os olhos, volta amanhã Papá, volta quando quiseres!, e dormi...

E depois começam a aparecer figuras da História Mundial, Staline com dificuldade em perceber a história na confusão, e Hitler também, e eu ponho ordem na sala, e digo-lhes, isto na minha casa não é um consórcio cientifico, cada um que se dirija à sua embaixada e que espere, e finalmente aparece Oliveira de Salazar, o meu Pai desculpa-se com a minha casa, Salazar diz, disparate está absolutamente decente!, e diz-me, a menina não pode ser malcriada...de resto...tem toda a razão!, e eu fui-me deitar, e assiti, a Einstein a fazer a experiência da leitura da mente, a pensar em números e a serem descobertos, e a falar para um computador que escrevia as suas palavras, e a ler equações físicas da actualidade e distinguir a matéria, e eu ía adormecendo calmamente e a perder noção da história....e por fim, tiram uma fotografia de um agente americano com o espirito de Einstein, para que ele possa-se ver, e ele fica para cair...e o meu Pai pede que lhe façam o mesmo comigo, e ficou sem palavras...
Então eu vou-vos contar. Ontem o meu Pai apareceu muito cedo eram 9 da noite, mas eu logo que soube disse-lhe que me estava a sentir mal de não andar a dormir horas suficientes, o meu Pai deu-me um beijo e desapareceu, mas houve aqui uma confusão logo a seguir na frequência, e acabei outra vez por estar acordada até tarde, e quando de facto me fui deitar, o meu Pai apareceu de novo; ele pergunta-me, achas mesmo que é possível o que tu dizes?, e eu digo, acho Papá, mas eu prec...iso de inspiração, deveria ter pressa para descobrir mais por mim que por ti, o meu Pai entretanto tinha um bébé nos braços, e diz-me sabes quem é este bébé?, é o menino Jesus, e diz mais qualquer coisa sem sentido nenhum, e os americanos dizem-me, eles sofrem de demência Elsa, tem momentos em que são dementes, mas por favor não lhe digas nada!, e eu volto a despedir-me do meu Pai, mas aparece entretanto o Professor Einstein e a Madame Curie, e diz Einstein a questão é que nós somos parte da energia do sol, somos luz, e como é que armazenas a luz solar num recipiente?, e diz a Madame Curie, segue a pista do urânio, lembras-te ler que eu tive um clique na minha descoberta do raio x, quando a placa de urânio no meu laboratório, reflectiu a luz do sol, sendo tão denso o metal, descobri que era reflactário?, e digo-lhe eu, sim lembro-me, pois terá que ser o urânio, mas a sua fissão será sempre radioactiva, Einsetin olha para mim curioso mesmo, mesmo, à frente da minha cara, vamos te deixar dormir, nós não precisamos de dormir, e diz o meu Pai, tomando a forma muito pequenina, vou ficar aqui contigo a tomar conta de ti, foi sempre o que eu fiz toda avida, tomar conta de ti, e adormeci.

Disse, olá Profeta, ele sorriu e disse, olá, e sentou-se ao meu lado, eu perguntei, sabe Profeta sabe que os cientistas de ambos os mundos e eu, queremos devolver-vos ao convívio humano?, e ele disse, sei!, mas também sei porque me chamou...chamou-me para falar do mundo na actualidade, e eu disse, sim Profeta, e pergunto, quem é Deus?, e ele diz, Deus é o sol, hoje parece-me óbvio, parece-me óbvio que se foi a estrela sol que gerou oportunidade física e geofísica e química para o nascimento da vida, Deus é o sol, mas no meu tempo, à excepção de alguns gregos que falaram em matemática e física, não sabíamos o que era física, Galileu ainda não tinha nascido, fazia sentido falar de Deus como justiça, moral e paz, e assim preguei nesse sentido, deve existir respeito entre os Homens, existe sempre uma moral, e até na física, veja que aqui no meu mundo existe uma regra metafísica que também é moral, nós não nos podemos sobrepor uns aos outros, porque como somos luz, produz um choque eléctrico, e de uma certa maneira isso sentimos como dor, assim, existe essa regra da física que a moral sobrepõe, e eu pergunto-lhe, como resolveria esta guerra surda entre muçulmanos e sobretudo ateus?, e diz Maomé, pela via do diálogo, mas muitos entre vocês, tentam a via do diálogo, e de nada serve, o meu papel já não é tão diferente de outros que pensam como eu, ou que me seguem no Corão, e pergunto a Jesus, e tu Jesus que tens a dizer? , Jesus diz, nada, subscrevo Maomé. (segunda parte do diálogo) , o meu Pai pede humildemente se podia colocar uma questão, e pergunta a amobos os Profetas, então se a via do diálogo nada resolve, a guerra nunca se há de resolver?, Maomé responde, tal com a Elsa afirma batendo no peito, se as mentalidades mudarem, se a educação mudar, se nos próprio futuro robótico os implantes da linguagem forem Paz, e eu digo, Profeta estão me a pedir que nos diga uma passagem do Corão que ache relevante, e Maomé diz, Deus disse que as estrelas estavam no céu, deus disse que as montanhas estavam na terra, Deus disse que havia dia e havia noite, Deus disse que havia guerra e havia paz, Maomé comoveu-se nesta parte, Deus disse que na Paz viveríamos em Deus

(terceira parte do diálogo), eu traduzo uma pergunta de um muçulmano a Maomé, Mas Deus porque não vens à Terra e firmas a Paz, se tu tudo podes?, Maomé responde fico muito contente, muito feliz, por levarem o meu Livro a sério, mas essa pergunta já não tem cabimento neste meu mundo, Se de facto pudesse ir à Terra, e sorri para mim, então escreveria outro Livro da Paz.

(quarta parte do diálogo) eu pergunto ao Profeta Maomé, é possível que Deus tenha uma existência, ou seja um ser a viver no núcleo do Sol?, Maomé responde , a lei da atracção é que caminhemos todos em direcção à luz, por electromagnetismo, mas aí seríamos absorvidos, tal não acontece propriamente, mas de facto a luz, que sai da energia produzida pelo calor do Sol, é uma equação matemática, daí ter sido descoberta a electricidade, mas o Homem não substitui o Sol, é possível qu...e viva um ser no núcleo do Sol, não sei, não conheço, e sei o que estás a pensar, sim pode ser um número, que gera números, e assim um pensamento numérico, e assim, um cérebro, e assim, uma espécie de computador, e assim um ser que nada se assemelha ao Homem, e eu pergunto, nesse caso, onde nasceu?, Maomé responde, tu é que a curiosa, tu é que és a aprendiz de feiticeira da física, portanto responde tu, e eu digo, porque o Sol nasceu precisamente de fontes de energia que o próprio universo atraiu sucessivamente para o mesmo núcleo estelar , e essa energia nasceu das correntes e buracos, da movimentação e da deflagração, e da matéria química mais presente no universo, o carbono.,

“Os Países Ocidentais tendem a dar como garantida a estabilidade política de Portugal, mais do que a de facto existe”

 

As condições económicas determinam a estabilidade política de um País. Isto é uma verdade incondicional. No caso português a revolução militar de 74 nada teve haver com condições económicas mas com o desagrado na condução e prossecução da guerra colonial, inserida no quadro internacional da guerra fria; contudo, o MFA acabou por reflectir um certo sentimento anti fascista, criando assim em Portugal, um trauma social associado ao governo de extrema direita de Salazar.

Após a queda do muro de Berlim, e embora extemporaneamente alguns dos conflitos na Europa, sejam de carácter étnico, quer fosse o conflito da Sérvia ou actualmente  a questão da Ukrânia, o facto é a que a solidez da estrutura na CE, quer por via da balança estritamente necessária dos défices públicos, da uniformização do sistema financeiro, da legislação transversal, um qualquer País inserido no computo de um exército comum como o da NATO, tende a garantir que ninguém foge as regras do convívio da instalada demagogia ocidental.

Existem três grandes quadrantes de influência social, o anarquismo, o fascismo, e o comunismo. Os números de envolvidos nestas extremas políticas não são o mais importante, quando se observam os números eleitorais; por um lado, antes de mais o condicionalismo de resultados manipulados pelos partidos políticos com acesso ao Poder, por outro, as lideranças desses grupos, e por outro a falta de acesso aos grandes de meios de comunicação social. Mas o facto é que a soceidade de informação, alterou todas as previsões de mudanças, neste caso radicais, sendo que as previsões já não devem ser consideradas baseado em votantes, mas sim em lobbies, e núcleos restritos de influência. Quando digo lobbies, estou a considerar que um grupo mínimo de pessoas tem a capacidade de influenciar decisões de alta política, mais ainda, se influenciar decisões de cáracter económico.  Não existe em Portugal, esse lobbie à extrema esquerda, mas sim do lado da extrema direita, como seja o MON (Movimento de Oposição Nacional), onde dão a face inúmeras personalidades ligadas ao ensino académico sobretudo, mas também ao mundo empresarial. Aqui poderão juntar-se-lhe os elementos agitadores, este ou aquele individuo que tem por função, estabelecer quer ligações ao estrangeiro, quer um certo anarquismo influenciando o psicológico social.  Na extrema esquerda, tenho a referir elementos infiltrados comunistas dentro de partidos de centro esquerda, ao nível das intrigas palacianas, o que também acontece à direita mas sem o mesmo secretismo, e ainda as variantes ligações com grupos de esquerda ligados ao sovietismo, muito em especial, os gregos, italianos, espanhóis e colombianos, que se financiam(com as suas actividades ilícitas ou legais) os partidos nacionais de extrema esquerda não tenho elementos de investigação suficientes para os referir.

Em conclusão, ao que me foi solicitado nesta exposição, concluo referindo que, ao nível dos cyber ataques a infra estruturas vitais do Estado, e nessa possibilidade, refiro que ao nível planetário, haverão cerca de uma centena de hackers com essa competência técnica capazes de o executar, o que é uma desproporção gigantesca no braço de ferro sistema- anti sistema, e esse número refere-se apenas aos hackers com motivação política. E, por fim que, na minha opinião, e retirando esta conclusão, de um episódio que ocorreu na Bélgica, de um assalto a uma transmissão de televisão, à hora das notícias da noite, será este ocorrência terrorista, a que coloca em risco com muita perigosidade a estabilidade política de um estado com este regime actual, ou com qualquer outro de outra espécie, o que aconteceu na Bélgica, proveio de um movimento separatista da província flamenga, acabou por proporcionar ao grupo que cometeu o acto terrorista uma brutal subida nas eleições regionais seguintes, e proporcionou não só a movimentação de avultadas quantias financeiras para financiamento partidário, mas também uma excelente publicidade política. No que respeita à cultura política portuguesa, um acto semelhante teria precisamente efeitos muito mais sensíveis junto das autoridades, descredibilizaria a política, teria um impacto destabilizante ao ponto de eventualmente provocar eleições antecipadas, e desmitificaria os traumas históricos, muitos deles desactualizados da realidade dos pensadores, dos intelectuais, dos académicos, e da grande maioria da juventude portuguesa.

(And God said, Let there be light...)
    Humans have been using light and sound to achieve altered states of consciousness for thousands of years. Primitive cultures used flickering fires and rythmic drumming to induce these altered states. Today, you can choose from a wide variety of electronic brain-wave machines which use light and/or sound to alter brain-wave activity. Brain-wave activity ranges from fully awake to deep dreamless sleep. This activity is categorized into five primary groups: Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, and Gamma.

    By using light and sound to induce these brain states we are able to gain greater control and efficiency of brain usage. Furthermore, improvements in relaxation, memory, creativity, stress management, sleep disorders, and even ESP(!) can be had by utilizing a brain-wave machine.
    Commercial brain-wave machines cost hundreds of dollars, but you can build your own using only a few dollars worth of components. In this document I will walk you through hardware construction and software control of an easy to build brain-wave machine.
    Disclaimer: I am not an electronics expert or a biofeedback specialist. If you fry your hardware (or your wetware) don't come whining (or drooling) to me. I assume no responsibility for what you do with this information.
Building the Hardware
(Always yield to the hands-on imperative.)
    With simplicity being the goal, brain-wave goggles can be constructed from suitable eyewear, such as safety glasses, and an array of LED's (Light Emitting Diodes). I'm using the PC's parallel port to control the flashrate of the LED's. Audio stimulation can be provided by a stereo and headphones or the PC's soundcard.
    I'm using 8 LED's, one per parallel port data out line. This provides an easy way to control each individual LED allowing for some variations in pattern and intensity. Each lense on the goggles will hold four LED's in a diamond pattern. The LED's are powered by the parallel port and controlled via software.
    Basic electronics experience is recommended but not necessary to construct this brain-wave machine.
    Parts List
    8 LED's (choose green, yellow, or red LED's)
    DB25 pin male parallel port connector (or butcher a printer cable, 25 conductor)
    Goggles (safety glasses or similar eyewear)
    Wire
    Note: Radio Shack charges about $20 for 8 LED's. I got 20 LED's from a real electronics store for $3.

    Construction

    1. Drill four holes in each lense in a diamond pattern as shown in the diagram to the right. Make the holes just large enough for the LED's to fit through.
    2. Glue the LED's into the holes. Be sure there is room between the LED's and your face when you are wearing the goggles. Actually, the LED's fit tightly in 3/16" holes and I didn't need to use glue.
    3. Wire all of the LED's cathode leads together and connect (with a long wire) to a ground pin on the parallel port connector. Pins 18-25 are all ground so pick any one of those. Note: the flat side of the LED is the cathode lead.
    4. Connect the LED's anode leads to the parallel port connector. Follow the circuit diagram above which outlines which parallel port pin to connect each LED to. Use long wires, you are going to want to be lying down when you use the goggles. (If you are using a printer cable you can use a battery and a LED to figure out which pin each wire is attached to.)
    5. If your parallel port wires aren't already in a bundle tie them together with wire-ties so they don't get tangled. You will also want to provide strain-relief by attaching the wire bundle to the goggles so it doesn't get pulled off.
    Hmmm, they look kind of silly. But that's not the point, we're here to explore the phenomenon of biofeedback, not for a fashion show.

Programming and Software
(Code is the essence of everything.)
    Development of the control software is being carried out primarily in QBasic and C. I've provided a quick introduction to parallel port programming in BASIC so anyone can experiment with writing their own code. BASIC is also handy for quickly writing little routines to help test the hardware you're building. A few complete BASIC applications are provided to get you started and we've got some reader-submitted C code and a microcontroller implementation too. And finally, I've provided some links to software you can use to create your own brainwave audio sessions in order to greatly enhance your Brain-Wave Machine experience.
    BASIC
    The PC parallel port has eight data lines out. These data lines can be turned on and off by sending a byte to the port where each bit in the byte represents the on or off state of one of the data lines out. In BASIC you do this with the OUT function. The OUT function accepts two parameters, port address and a byte in decimal format. The most common addresses for LPT ports in hex are 378h, 278h, and 3BCh. LPT1 is almost always 378h, or 888 in decimal. The address parameter can be in hex (i.e. OUT &H378, #) or decimal format (i.e. OUT 888, #). Now let's take a look at bit patterns...

    Look at the example bit pattern included in the table above. The byte 0101010101 will turn on all of the even numbered data lines. To convert this binary byte to a decimal value we just add up the "on" bits. (2 + 8 + 32 + 128 = 170) So the function call would be OUT 888, 170. So, OUT 888, 0 will turn off all eight data lines (0 = 00000000 in binary) and OUT 888, 255 will turn on all eight data lines (255 = 11111111 in binary). For example, the following code will flash all of the LED's fifty times with a short delay in between.

    Obviously we need something better for timing than a FOR/NEXT loop. Unfortunately QBasic doesn't offer any timing functions with millisecond accuracy. Note: hz and cycles/second both refer to the flashrate of the LED's, so 15 hz = 15 flashes/second. I've written a small sample application which demonstrates one method of dealing with the timing issue in QBasic (using the SOUND function of all things). The program also has timed sessions, selectable frequencies, and three different flash patterns. Feel free to experiment with it.

Using the Brain-wave Machine

    The key here is to experiment and do what works for you. Lying down in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed is recommended. Close your eyes and relax while the LED's are flashing. Sessions can be from 5-25 minutes or longer. Longer sessions seem to work better.
    You can use the brain-wave goggles with or without audio. However, the effects of the brain-wave machine are more powerful when used in conjunction with suitable audio. Many brain-wave stimulation and subliminal CD's and cassettes can be purchased from new-age bookstores. I highly recommend the "Brainwave Suite" 4 disc box-set by Dr. Jeffrey Thompson. Doctor Thompson has also produced several other brainwave CD's.
    Some Suggested Uses
    Relaxationbetween 5hz and 10hz for different levels of relaxation
