So, let's move to homemade Uranyl oxide (UO3); U3O8; uranyl salts ! is produced by heating dry UO4·nH2O in an open-air container at about 300 °C. During the process of heating, volatile contaminants (water, oxygen, ammonia, halogens, hydrogen peroxide) are driven off. During preparation, keep stirring the yellow peroxide as it turns orange. If the temperature is managed properly, the product will be a clean orange color. If allowed to overheat, U3O8 begins forming and the orange color fades to darker shades of brown-green
welcome back to war! So, I said to you, hold on, with every amount of unprocessed uranium you might have !!!! Watch out carefully, what I'm going to say...having non processed uranium, by a chemical mix, you get PUREX, high radioactive nuclear fuel. here's the procedure : " nitric acid, tri-n-butyl phosphate (from QualityBiological.com), Kleen-Strip 1-K kerosene (Home Depot), and 4.8 g of homemade uranyl oxide )
so...this is a sample of NA(CI) sodium encapsulating Cesium 137, or if not with the sample with the photomultipler tube (already posted ..) all you need is :put Nuclespot grill with table salt (NaCl), contain the salt with a piece of packing tape across the face of the source, and place the salted source in front of an HPGe detector for a few hours.....
welcome back to war! So, I think, some years ago, when I started warfare, i found out that, sample sources, could be sold internationally , without legal problems. this is the market, bellow...so, everybody, what's the good news about it? Is that, for a "physics" (not exactly me..
:) but i'm beginning ..) you can create a bigger source of radioactive...(next post)

and here we have, both thulium and Ytterbium fiber
End of fibre cable is covered to avoid inadvertent exposure to the invisible radiation. Special Warning: This unit is an industrial Laser with maximum output of 15W average, 10kW peak pulse. (duration 120nS), wave length 1700-2200nm (invisible). | eBay!

So, what's the exactly components substance of the plastic scintillators we are looking for ? which...(and after all this time researching...) is in fact the radioactive source of the x ray machines...produced by nuclear reactors.
Ytterbium Fluoride Nanoparticles
Ytterbium Fluoride (YbF3, 99 %, 40-80 nm)
Size: 40-80 nm Purity: 99% Nanoparticles: Ytterbium Fluoride Morphology: nearly spherical Type: GNM ID: #5670YD Properties: Ytterbium Fluoride Nanoparticles: #5670YD
Good morning! welcome back to war! What I have here is the specification of a plastic scintillator named Bicron BC-408, as you see on the technical photo, the source is cesium 137, cobalt 60 and sodium 22 , all high radioactive. If you go on searching, and there's lots for sale at eBay, the sellers will say to you that it will only work if mounted on a PMT , that creates a sort of confusion, PMT photomultiplier detector is based on radiation sources like NA(TI) (encapsulated sodium on lead protecting thallium ) ; anyway, one thing doesn't imply on the other...both this Bicron -408 and the PMT have radioactive sources. The blue colour emission, comes from anthracene , (a component of 20% of carbon at space), specifications like, emission of electrons on the infinite number 10(23) (this is the calculation of infinitive on physics) , and the emission of photons, surely defines this material (plastic) as radioactive.
